Micro Plasma Skin Resurfacing

Micro Plasma (45 min) uses ionised gas (plasma) to cause controlled superficial ablation of the skin — creating immediate tissue contraction and stimulating long-term collagen remodelling. Highly effective for periorbital (eyelid) tightening, nasolabial line improvement, skin tightening, scar revision, and skin resurfacing without a laser. Downtime: 5–7 days.

Michelangelo Body Laser

The Michelangelo laser system is available in Small, Medium, and Large area protocols for body skin resurfacing, stretch mark improvement, and skin laxity treatment on the body.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fractional CO₂ involves 5–7 days of redness, swelling, and pinpoint scabbing (similar to sunburn). Most patients return to social activities after 7 days. Full healing and collagen remodelling continues for 3 months. Multiple sessions may be recommended for deep scarring.

Tattoo removal requires 6–12 sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart. The number depends on ink colours (black responds fastest), tattoo age, depth, and location. Amateur tattoos generally clear faster than professional ones. Realistically, partial fading can be expected before complete clearance.

Fractional CO₂ and Q-Switched lasers require careful parameter adjustment for darker skin tones. Our dermatologists are specifically trained in treating Fitzpatrick IV–VI skin types.
