What are your opening hours?+
Both clinics are open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends. Walk-ins welcome for select services; we recommend booking your consultation in advance.

Is the consultation free?+
Your consultation is a paid clinical assessment with our specialist team. However, the consultation fee is fully waived when you proceed with the recommended treatment — so most patients pay nothing for their consultation.

Do I need a referral?+
No. All consultations are direct — book the service you're interested in and our specialist will personalise the plan from there.

Every treatment is performed under hospital-grade sterilisation protocols using single-use instruments and clinically certified equipment. Our specialists complete thorough safety screening at consultation and provide personalised aftercare.
How long will I see results?+
Result timing varies by treatment — some (HydraFacial, Carbon Laser, Botox) show immediate results, while others (PRP, hair restoration, body contouring) need a series of sessions for measurable outcomes. Your specialist will set realistic expectations at consultation.
What is the downtime?+
Most of our treatments have zero or minimal downtime. Injectable treatments may produce 24-48h mild redness; laser treatments need diligent sun protection; advanced procedures (Fractional CO2, Morpheus8) require 3-7 days of recovery. Exact guidance is provided per treatment.
Can I combine treatments?+
Yes — and we often recommend strategic combinations for better results (e.g. Botox + Fillers, PRP + Mesotherapy, EMS + RF body sculpting). Your specialist will design a combined plan if appropriate.

Do I need follow-up appointments?+

Will my results last?+

Can I see before/after photos?+
Yes. We maintain a curated, consent-given before/after gallery available for review at your consultation. We never share patient photography without explicit written consent.
