1. Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

Yes, we highly recommend scheduling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time and therapist are available.

2. What should I wear during my treatment?

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For most treatments, we will provide you with disposable undergarments and a robe for privacy and ease. Your comfort is our priority throughout the experience.

3. Can I customize my treatment?

Absolutely. We encourage you to discuss your specific goals and concerns with your therapist before the session begins. They will tailor the pressure, focus areas, and products used to create a personalized treatment just for you.

4. What if I’m late or need to cancel?

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. If you are running late, please call us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying our next guest.
